RT-PCR and RAPID ANTIGEN TESTING
No Upfront Cost
A $0 upfront cost option for individuals experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, exposed to someone with COVID-19, or asked to get tested by a healthcare professional, contact investigator, or public health department. Insured patients accepted. Unfortunately, the HRSA program for the uninsured ended on March 22, 2022 and we can no longer file claims for uninsured patients.
Self-Pay
A cost associated option for COVID-19 screening for travel, concerts, large events, family gatherings, or those that are uninsured or choose not to file an insurance claim. The cost of the RT-PCR test is $100. The cost of the rapid antigen test is $50. Payment is collected at the time of registration.

At-home testing services are now available at several convenient locations in and around Chattanooga, TN:

- Thrifty Med Plus Pharmacy (Ooltewah)
Upon receiving your kit, simply register your test online, collect your specimen using a self-administered saliva collection device, and return. You receive your result via text message and email the same day the laboratory receives the test.

Walk-Up
For those located in the Chattanooga, TN area, appointments are available for walk-up testing Monday-Saturday. We offer nasal and saliva self-collection for PCR testing.
